I was saved as a junior high student, and not long after, I surrendered my life to full-time ministry as a teenager. That calling was strengthened and confirmed during my years in Bible college, where I studied ministry and prepared for what God ha

For the past 17 years, I have had the incredible privilege of serving at Faith Baptist Church in Canoga Park, California. During that time, I’ve poured my life into reaching people, leading worship, discipling teenagers, building a thriving youth ministry, and helping cultivate a strong sense of community within the church. It has truly been one of the greatest joys of my life to serve alongside my pastor, Dr. Tim Rasmussen, and to invest in so many lives for the cause of Christ.
New Hope Baptist Church is preparing to officially begin gathering in Fall 2026 with a passion to reach Orange County with the hope of the Gospel. As we enter this exciting season, we invite you to continue following the journey as we begin hosting Vision Services, Bible studies, community gatherings, and outreach opportunities throughout the area.
Our prayer is to build a Christ-centered church family committed to biblical truth, authentic community, discipleship, and reaching people with the hope found in Jesus Christ. We are excited to see God build His church and would love for you to be part of the journey.
